These outcomes have provided a solid foundation for the expansion of the second phase.
Topchance Group representative Hu Qinghua emphasized that the second phase represents a structured upgrade of the original initiative. It focuses on deepening talent rotation mechanisms and strengthening collaboration across departments and member companies.
He outlined four key principles for participants: maintaining a learning mindset, focusing on practical problem-solving, strengthening a system-level perspective, and upholding discipline and execution quality. Member enterprises are also required to align talent development systems and evaluation mechanisms to ensure consistent implementation.
Responsibility Agreement Signing
During the launch meeting, rotation representatives and participating units signed the "Rotation Responsibility Agreement," defining responsibilities, expectations, and performance evaluation standards for the second phase.
Representatives from both the first and second phases shared practical experiences, highlighting improvements in professional development, cross-department collaboration, and organizational efficiency.
Prior to the launch, Topchance Group conducted a formal review of the first phase to ensure structured knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
