On November 19, Mr. Yu Xiaodong, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Xinghe Group, led a delegation to Noblelift Garage Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The visit aimed to communicate the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee and conduct research and discussions. The delegation was joined by Mr. Chen Guangui, Deputy Party Secretary, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Topchance Group; Mr. Xu Liming, Party Committee Member, Deputy General Manager, and Chairman of Noblelift; and Mr. Liang Ming, General Manager of Noblelift, among others.
Mr. Yu and his team first visited the production workshop of Noblelift, where they observed the equipment layout and operational processes. General Manager Liang Ming provided a detailed introduction to the production line workflow and key technical features.
During the subsequent meeting, Mr. Yu was briefed on Noblelift's business performance and operational progress. He acknowledged the company's achievements to date and emphasized the importance of aligning future development with the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee. Mr. Yu urged Noblelift to adhere to Xinghe Group's commitment to high-quality development and to strengthen its innovation system to enhance core competitiveness. He highlighted three key areas:
Technology Leadership and Application Expansion: Maintain a technology-driven approach, focus on R&D investment and technical accumulation, and explore applying existing technologies to new fields such as agricultural storage and industrial logistics. High-quality products should remain the company's foundation.
Embracing New Development Phases and Regional Integration: Leverage the opportunity presented by the new factory in Tongxiang to strengthen collaboration with local authorities and enterprises. While prioritizing core production technology upgrades and product quality improvement, Noblelift should also enhance its brand image to support steady growth and long-term development.
Strengthening Synergy within the Group for Collaborative Development: Proactively engage with Xinghe Group's resource platforms, expand cooperation within and beyond the supply and marketing system, and strengthen communication and support in areas such as market expansion and project implementation. This will create collective momentum and provide solid support for Noblelift's high-quality development.
Mr. Xu Liming emphasized the company's commitment to building its own brand and increasing brand awareness. He also stressed the need to develop a professional sales team to enhance market competitiveness.
The meeting was also attended by representatives from Xinghe Group's Party Building Department and Discipline Inspection Department, as well as Topchance Group's Party-Mass Work Department and members of Noblelift's management team.
