Zhejiang Comant Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has won the supply and installation contract for the mechanical parking systems at the Guanbai Vitality Center real estate development project in Baiyun District, Guiyang, China. The contract value is RMB 14.18 million.
Included in Guiyang's 2026 list of major projects, the development is being built by Guiyang Chengtai Real Estate Co., Ltd. The project represents another opportunity for Comant to demonstrate its capabilities in large-scale mechanical parking equipment supply and installation.
1,650 Mechanical Parking Spaces Planned
The Guanbai Vitality Center project has a total planned capacity of 3,245 parking spaces, including 1,650 mechanical parking spaces. Comant has secured the supply and installation work for all mechanical parking spaces in the project.
The equipment scope includes Simple Lift and Puzzle Parking systems, providing a range of mechanical parking configurations to meet the project's requirements.
Once completed, the parking facilities are expected to improve parking capacity at the development and help ease local parking pressure.
Coordinated Planning for Complex Installation Requirements
The project involves different parking equipment types, the removal and reinstallation of existing parking spaces, and coordination among multiple construction disciplines.
During the bidding process, Comant's sales, technical, and commercial teams worked together to develop a project-specific implementation plan addressing these challenges. This process demonstrated the company's ability to coordinate technical solutions and delivery planning for large-scale mechanical parking projects.
